Fancy Harvest Sweet & Savory: Honey-Drizzled Pistachio Marscapone Stuffed Baked Calimyrna Figs
Prep Time: 15 Minutes. Servings: 12.
2 TB chopped, roasted Himalayan pink salt ARO Pistachios
12 medium-sized Calimyrna figs
4 oz marscapone cheese
2 TB honey
Cut tops off figs and enlarge opening. Stuff each fig with approximately 1/4 TSP.
Place each fig upright on lined baking sheet in preheated 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
